Build-Your-Own Sando Kit

A fun and delicious interactive experience for the whole family! We give you everything to build the most spectacular sandwiches at home.

• CHOOSE YOUR SANDO BASE:

  • Volcano Sando
    Meat: 1.5 lbs of Brisket marinated in our blend of achiote, sesame, and ‘Fuego del Volcán’ sauce.
  • Condor Stir-Fry
    Meat: 1.5 lbs of beef strips, stir-fried in Peruvian Lomo Saltado style.

• EL KIT INCLUYE / THE KIT INCLUDES:

  • 4 Artisan Ciabatta Breads
  • All the Sando Fixings: You’ll receive separate containers of Peasant Salad, Creole Green sauce, and crispy Fried Cheese slivers (for the Volcano) or the sautéed onions and peppers (for the Condor).
  • Plantain Chips as a side for everyone.
